glowni@163.comTo keep the app install tiny, Glowni uses Apple's On-Demand Resources (ODR) system. Audio files are hosted on Apple's own CDN and are downloaded only when you first select them. Once downloaded, they stay on your device and play instantly the next time.
This friendly message appears when the first-time download fails. Please check your Wi-Fi or cellular connection, then tap the track again to retry. A few seconds of signal is usually enough — after the file is cached, no network is ever required again.
Yes. After the first download of any sound, Glowni runs entirely offline. No account, no tracking, no network calls.
When Child Lock is active, all taps are blocked and a small lock hint appears. Press and hold anywhere on the screen for 3 seconds — a ring will fill around your finger. When the ring completes, the lock is released.
In the final 60 seconds, audio fades out gently (logarithmic curve). When the timer reaches zero, the sound stops and the screen slowly dims to black to save battery. Tap the screen to wake it up again.
A one-time purchase that adds 11 more light themes and 6 more sound categories (18 additional tracks) to the free tier. It's a one-time purchase with lifetime access — no subscription, no ads. The free tier (Amber light, Rain sound, Silence) remains fully usable without any purchase.
Open the paywall (tap any locked color or sound) and tap Restore Purchase at the bottom. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID that made the purchase, Pro will be restored instantly and for free.
Glowni's audio session is set to mix with others, so you can start your favorite playlist in another app and use Glowni purely as a bedside lamp with the screen glow — or layer both audio sources together.

No. Glowni collects zero personal data. All of your settings (theme, volume, timer preference, etc.) are stored locally on your device via UserDefaults and never leave it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
