Thank you for using Glowni (the "App"). We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information, including but not limited to: name, email, phone number, location data, IP address, contacts, photos, health data, device identifiers (IDFA / IDFV), usage behavior, crash logs, or analytics data.
All preferences you configure inside the App (such as selected color theme, sound, brightness, timer, volume, etc.) are stored locally on your device via UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device, is never uploaded to any server, and will be deleted together with the App when you uninstall it.
The App uses Apple's On-Demand Resources (ODR) technology to download audio files from Apple's CDN the first time you select a sound. This process is hosted entirely by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. It does not involve any third-party servers, and we cannot track, log, or access your download behavior.
Other than ODR downloads, the App performs no other network communication.
The App does not integrate any third-party SDKs, including analytics tools, advertising SDKs, crash-reporting services, or social login providers.
The App is not specifically designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from children. As the App collects no personal data at all, there is no children's privacy concern.
The App does not request any sensitive permissions: no location, camera, photo library, contacts, microphone, or push notification access. It only uses standard audio playback, which does not require additional user authorization.
If the App introduces any feature in the future that may affect this Privacy Policy (e.g., accounts, in-app purchases, analytics), we will clearly notify you within the App and update this document accordingly.
